The Director, Strategic Solutions Consultant for Key Accounts, is a pivotal leadership role within our presales organization. You will be the driving force behind the technical and solution-based aspects of our sales cycle for our most strategic and high-value customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal sales teams, you will leverage your deep product knowledge and industry expertise to architect and present solutions that solve complex business challenges at the highest level. This is a "player-coach" role, where you will personally engage in our most critical deals while also providing mentorship and guidance to the broader SC team.

Salary Range:
USD $144,000.00/Yr. - USD $180,000.00/Yr.

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 10+ years in a presales or solutions consulting role with a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred). At least 5 of those years should be in a senior or lead SC capacity working with large, strategic accounts.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the office of the CFO, including financial close, accounting, and finance transformation processes
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the proven ability to command a room of C-level executives.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical features into tangible business value and ROI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
