Your role at Dynatrace
The Strategic Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. Strategic SDRs will partner with Strategic field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.
Responsibilities
- Supporting North American-based Strategic and Global Accounts
- Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Strategic and Global Accounts
- Prospect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LISN, ZoomInfo, 6sense, ci360 and other tools
- Develop an understanding of the customer's usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
- Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
- Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences
- Use Salesforce CRM to track activities
- Work to meet defined KPIs
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements
- College diploma/university degree required. Equivalent Military experience will be considered.
- At least 1 year experience in Software Sales Development, Sales, Market Development or similar field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with senior IT Management E.g. CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects
- Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions a plus
- Experience using a CRM preferred, specifically Salesforce.com
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Compensation and Rewards
- The OTE salary range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
