About Us

At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.

From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is expanding its ecosystem and strategic partnership capabilities and is looking for a seasoned leader to own the post-signature success, execution, and operationalization of our most strategic technology partnerships.

This role is ideal for a leader who brings strong Customer Success acumen, operational and programmatic rigor, and a deep understanding of complex strategic technology partnerships, coupled with the ability to operate across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Partner teams.

You bring structure to ambiguity, turn strategy into execution, and ensure that partnerships deliver measurable outcomes at scale. If you’re energized by building operating models, driving accountability, and enabling strategic partnerships to succeed in the real world, we’d love your help.

What Will You Do?
  • Own the post-signature execution and success of SentinelOne’s most strategic technology alliances, including hyperscalers and key ISV partners.
  • Translate partner strategy defined by Strategic Partnerships leadership into operational programs, execution roadmaps, and success milestones.
  • Design and lead end-to-end alliance success programs, including governance models, operating cadences, workflows, and escalation paths.
  • Establish programmatic rigor to ensure prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to operationalize integrations, support adoption, and provide structured feedback into roadmap planning as well as strategically align with Sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, TAM, and Services teams to build in strategic partner motions into field execution and customer engagement.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure partner health, adoption, and business impact.
  • Build dashboards and executive-ready reporting to provide visibility into alliance performance and execution progress.
  • Identify operational gaps and execution risks, developing playbooks and processes to mitigate them
  • Act as an internal force multiplier for Strategic Partnerships leadership by absorbing execution complexity and driving delivery accountability.
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
  • Customer- and outcome-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, ecosystem success, alliance execution, or related roles within a SaaS or cloud-native company.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs tied to strategic technology partnerships or platforms.
  • Strong operational and program management skillset, with the ability to design structure where none exists.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability
  • Ability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central US time zone to ensure optimal collaboration (required).

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) or major ISV partnerships.
  • Background in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or scaled Customer Success organizations.
  • Previous cybersecurity industry experience or demonstrated understanding of security technologies and terminology.
Why Us?
  • You will be joining a cutting-edge company, where you will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry.
  • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Commuter, Health and Dependent FSA.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Industry-leading gender-neutral parental leave.
  • Paid company holidays.
  • Paid sick time.
  • Employee stock purchase program.
  • Disability and life insurance.
  • Employee assistance program.
  • Gym membership reimbursement.
  • Cell phone reimbursement.
  • Numerous company-sponsored events including regular happy hours and team-building events.
