What You’ll Do:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for increasing visibility, expanding referral relationships, and strengthening community connections to support program utilization and access to care. This external-facing role focuses on building trust with referral partners and developing sustainable pipelines that align with organizational priorities. The Associate collaborates closely with program leadership, Executive Directors, Access, and Marketing/Communications to ensure services are clearly represented and easily accessible.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, social work, public health, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, community outreach, partnerships, marketing, or referral development
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and attend community events
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAVEL 
This role is primarily a weekday, business‑hours position. However, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to support community events, partner meetings, or conferences, particularly during peak engagement seasons in the fall and spring. Local and regional travel is expected as part of regular community outreach.
