Agile Six is a people-first, fully remote company that serves shoulder-to-shoulder with federal agencies to find innovative, human-centered solutions. We build better by putting people first. We are animated by our core values of Purpose, Wholeness, Trust, Self-Management and Inclusion. We deliver our solutions in autonomous teams of self-managed professionals (no managers here!) who genuinely care about each other and the work.

We know that’s our company’s purpose – and that we can only achieve it by supporting a culture where people feel valued, self-managed, and love to come to work.

The role

Agile Six is looking for a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end partner-success program that accelerates adoption of a new digital platform used by federal and state agencies. You’ll negotiate and formalize agreements, translate each agency’s unique use cases into actionable implementation plans, and drive platform adoption through tailored onboarding, training, and continuous support. By proactively identifying pain points and orchestrating cross-functional solutions, you will ensure partners achieve measurable outcomes, strengthen long-term relationships, and surface insights that shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

This is a Key Personnel role, as stipulated by our contract, considered "essential to work performance". The resumes of Key Personnel are subject to government review and approval, and any changes to Key Personnel (such as voluntary or involuntary separation) may require government oversight.

Please note, this position is anticipated, pending contract award response.

Responsibilities
  • Agreement orchestration – Lead pre-award engagement, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements with federal and state agencies, capturing legal, security, and financial requirements in reusable templates.
  • Use-case translation & onboarding playbooks – Work with agency program owners to map workflows into platform configurations and publish role-based onboarding playbooks.
  • Training & change-management – Design and deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training; support knowledge-base articles, micro-learning videos, and community office hours.
  • Community cultivation – Stand up and moderate a multi-agency partner community (Slack/Teams workspace, quarterly virtual meet-ups, and an open Q&A forum) that amplifies knowledge-sharing and peer-to-peer support.
  • Community insights loop – Gather sentiment, discussion trends, and crowdsourced feature ideas; package findings as actionable insights for product and leadership teams.
  • Success metrics & analytics – Stand up partner-health dashboards tracking adoption KPIs (e.g., time-to-first-award, NPS, ticket MTTR) and feed insights back to product management and main government stakeholders.
  • Pain-point triage & escalation – Run a structured feedback loop that logs, prioritizes, and resolves onboarding blockers; escalate cross-functional issues as needed.
  • Community co-design facilitation – Drive the onboarding subgroup within the partner co-design group; publish quarterly retrospectives in the open repository.
  • Contribute to Agile Six hiring, outreach, and communities of practice as time allows; responsibilities may evolve organically with the team and delivery environment.
Basic qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in partner success, customer onboarding, implementation consulting, user experience research, or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and executing complex partnership agreements within the public-sector or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience building or moderating online communities (e.g., customer success forums, developer relations programs, public-sector user groups).
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience capturing and reporting success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills within cross-functional, remote, agile teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and services to support partner success and a strong willingness to explore and apply AI where appropriate to improve outcomes for agencies and partners.
  • Has lived and worked in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years; able to travel occasionally if a client requires it.
Additional desired qualifications
  • Experience with federal grants-management processes or platforms.
  • Familiarity with human-centered design, agile delivery, and change-management best practices.
  • Background working directly with HHS, VA, or other federal/state health agencies.
  • You are a U.S. Veteran. As a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, we recognize the transition to civilian life can be tricky, and welcome and encourage Veterans to apply.

At Agile Six, we are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
