Our care navigation platform equips community health workers, doulas, care navigators, and the organizations that support them with tools to collect, visualize, and act on social determinants of health data. We help community-based organizations, health systems, and government-funded care programs deliver more coordinated, person-centered care.

Why Pear Suite?

We’re a mission-driven team committed to health equity and innovation in community-based care. Enable Opportunity Development
  • Support cross-functional teams in advancing strategic opportunities, including projects, pilots, and partner-driven initiatives
  • Contribute to deal strategy where external stakeholders, strategic partnerships, or complex coordination are involved
  • Lead and support the identification, development, and submission of RFPs, from sourcing opportunities through completion
  • Identify and pursue non-traditional funding opportunities, including grants, public funding, and collaborative financing models
Operationalize Policy Opportunities
  • Monitor policy, funding, and regulatory developments and translate them into executable strategies that elevate the workforce
  • Launch new partnerships and projects aligned with policy tailwinds and funding streams
  • Work with external stakeholders to advocate for relevant policy change
Inform Strategy and Market Position
  • Bring structured insights from partners, markets, and the field to inform product, go-to-market strategy, and positioning
  • Strengthen Pear Suite’s leadership through external engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership
  • Contribute to strategic content, executive briefings, and industry narratives that reinforce market leadership
Support Executive Leadership Priorities
  • Partner directly with the CEO and senior leaders to advance priority initiatives and cross-functional strategic projects
  • Own planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder efforts from concept through delivery
  • Act as a force multiplier on high-priority or time-sensitive initiatives, ensuring momentum and outcomes
