About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Marketing Strategic Initiative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing leadership team to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact projects and programs that drive revenue growth for the company. You will play a critical role in managing cross-functional initiatives and projects, and ensuring successful go-to-market execution for transformative marketing campaigns.

This position requires a strong background in strategic problem-solving, marketing, and exceptional project management. The ideal candidate will bring experience in consulting, marketing, or financial analysis, coupled with a proven ability to lead initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with the Marketing leadership team to define and prioritize high-impact initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and lead projects/programs that drive revenue, improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, and optimize ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and financial analysis to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Program Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for multiple initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
  • Change Management: Act as a champion for organizational change by managing the people, processes, and tools necessary to implement high-value strategic initiatives.

About You

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic/project management strategic marketing, or financial analysis roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex cross-functional initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement revenue-driving marketing programs.
  • Skills and Expertise:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect marketing strategies to broader business objectives.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
    • Knowledge of marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, including digital marketing and CRM systems.
    •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

The annual base salary for the Strategic Initiative Manager is expected to be between $100,000 to $120,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
