The Strategic Implementation team drives the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that enable business growth and effective change management in alignment with the firm's long-term vision. Partnering with leaders across the firm, the team ensures alignment, operational readiness, and thoughtful risk management for new business activities and enterprise programs at every stage. The team plays a critical role in delivering the programs that fuel growth, innovation, and operational excellence firmwide.

What you'll do

You will support high-impact initiatives that shape how Point72 grows, innovates, and operates across the firm. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams while developing program management and strategic execution skills. Specifically, you will:

  • Deliver cross-functional programs aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet quality standards
  • Partner with senior team members to clarify program objectives, structure workstreams, define success metrics, and align execution plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to advance transformative business initiatives
  • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities that strengthen operational readiness and support scalable growth
  • Synthesize stakeholder input and analysis into clear insights that support decision-making, problem-solving, and program execution
  • Prepare updates, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for senior leaders covering progress, risks, decisions, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Document future-state operating models that clarify roles and responsibilities, improve processes, and support effective technology adoption
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional team members to promote alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution
  • Contribute to change management efforts by developing materials, gathering feedback, and helping embed new ways of working across the firm

What's required

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic execution within a management consulting firm or financial institution.
  • Experience working with senior team members and contributing to strategic initiatives, analysis, and insight development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to create clear presentations, reports, dashboards, and project documentation for senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex work, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work products on time
  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work across functions and proactively identify roadblocks
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership of assigned work, and support timely program execution
  • Eagerness to learn from senior leaders, take on new challenges, and develop strategic implementation expertise

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
