From individuals to businesses, Strike is purpose-built for every step of the Bitcoin journey. Available in more than 100 countries — including the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Africa — Strike is building a better financial system powered by Bitcoin. Bitcoin is better money. Strike is how you use it.

Role:

We believe money should move instantly, globally, and without friction. Our products power brokerage and Bitcoin-backed lending for individuals and businesses around the world.

We operate lean. We move quickly. We care deeply about capital discipline.

We are hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to help architect the financial engine behind our next stage of growth. This role sits at the center of capital allocation, pricing, long-range planning, and investor engagement.

This is not traditional FP&A. This is a role for someone who understands capital, risk, and scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own the company’s financial architecture - long-range planning, multi-scenario modeling, and company-level decision support
  • Drive financial strategy across brokerage and lending, with clear return and risk frameworks
  • Lead lending and pricing economics, including loan book profitability, stress testing, and structured pricing strategy
  • Define the operating and financial metrics that matter, building durable modeling infrastructure that scales with the business
  • Support board and investor engagement, translating complex financial dynamics into clear, disciplined narratives
  • Operate cross-functionally across Treasury, Accounting, Data, Product, and Partnerships to ensure financial rigor is embedded in how Strike builds and deploys capital
Requirements
  • 7–12 years in investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, capital markets, fintech finance, or similarly rigorous environments
  • Experience modeling credit or balance sheet-driven businesses
  • Strong intuition for cost of capital, financial structuring, and capital efficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, data, or product teams
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and interacting with boards or investors
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (multi-scenario, sensitivity, stress testing)
  • Clear, concise communicator - able to turn complexity into insight
  • High ownership mindset; comfortable building from zero
  • Fintech, financial services, or crypto experience is a plus
Why This Role Matters
  • Strike builds real financial products. Capital efficiency and risk discipline are not optional.
  • This role helps ensure we scale with clarity, resilience, and strong financial foundations.
  • If you want to build the financial backbone of a Bitcoin-native institution, we’d love to talk.

  • Flexible PTO, sick leave & parental leave
  • Access to a company 401k plan
