TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily. Whether analyzing blockchain data, developing cutting-edge tools, or collaborating with global organizations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
As a Senior Analyst in Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping TRM’s financial trajectory by driving rigorous planning, analysis, and reporting. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that help TRM scale efficiently and strategically. You’ll lead core FP&A rhythms — including forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning — while building dynamic models and crafting clear, compelling narratives for executives, the board, and investors. This role is a strong fit for an analytically rigorous, detail-oriented finance athlete who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems collaboratively.
Strategic Finance at TRM is still early — you will shape not just the business, but also the team and culture as we build a world-class function. This role is an exceptional launch pad for an ambitious finance professional seeking outsized impact, close mentorship, and accelerated growth.
The impact you will have:
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms, partnering closely with the Head of Strategic Finance
- Own budget-vs-actuals updates, identifying variances and surfacing insights for decision-makers
- Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives for executive reviews and company all-hands meetings
- Support comprehensive top-down and bottoms-up financial planning for 2026 and beyond
- Build models and templates to inform planning, hiring, and investment decisions
- Drive strategic projects — including pricing and packaging, vendor optimization, ROI analysis, and more
- Assist with investor reporting and fundraising, with a path toward increasing ownership and responsibility
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
- Clarity and polish in writing and presentations
- Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Comfort with working independently and proactively driving outcomes
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA a plus
About the Team:

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an operator, communicates like a trusted advisor, and executes with the rigor of a world-class finance professional. If you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy turning data into direction, you’ll fit right in.
