About the Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and creative Strategic Delivery Consultant - Idea Activation & Engagement (Lead Business Execution Consultant). This role is part of the Human Resources (HR) Product Strategy & Operations team that plays a critical role in shaping the future of our HR Products. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product roadmap effectively meets the needs of our employees and the business. This role plays a critical role in driving cross-functional projects from concept to reality. It will involve strategic problem-solving and storytelling, facilitating collaborative efforts, and a strong emphasis on developing compelling content to communicate ideas, progress, and outcomes effectively across the organization.
In this role you will:
  • Cross-Functional Initiative Leadership: Support and, at times, lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
  • Idea Development & Refinement: Partner with subject matter experts to shape and refine nascent ideas into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to various audiences. This includes creating presentations, reports, visual aids, internal communications, and other engaging materials.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to ensure buy-in, alignment, and successful implementation of initiatives
  • Impact Measurement: Help define and track key metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex issues and formulate data-driven solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building native reports and dashboards directly in Jira-creating JQL-driven filters, configuring custom fields and dashboards/gadgets, and shaping project/board configurations to surface actionable insights (not just facilitating).
  • Ability to extract, clean, and join/blend data from multiple sources-primarily Jira plus Power BI, PowerApps, and Tableau-using native exports/connectors and in-tool modeling (e.g., calculated fields/measures) to deliver accurate, consolidated insights and stakeholder-ready visuals.
  • Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and practical experience in guiding organizational transitions. (Prosci certification a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and relevant project management software
  • Product Management for internal software such as HR, Finance, etc
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
