- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business strategies, needs, and challenges.
- Leverage data from multiple platforms and sources to develop actionable insights and recommendations that improve internal processes and reporting.
- Assist in synthesizing internal engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Serve as a data and reporting resource on cross-functional teams for internal initiatives.
- Manage recurring analytical requests and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical projects and support them to completion.
- Analyze internal data sets to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Acquire, compile, and verify the quality of structured and unstructured data from various internal platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Assist in designing, executing, and interpreting basic experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize internal processes.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively, using clear data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and visualization.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Python and AWS/Redshift environments preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics is required.
- Basic understanding of experimentation concepts and ability to assist in test design and interpretation.
- Ability to bring together data from multiple platforms and perform analysis to support internal decision-making.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder management experience helpful but not essential.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
