We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Lead who will be instrumental in defining and managing the Go-To-Market strategy globally with our Key Alliance Partners, with a special focus on the strategy with the Channel Ecosystem of these partners. In this role you will define and drive the Go-To-Market playbooks with these Alliance Partners, identifying market opportunity, product positioning and creating related programs and initiatives to enable these Channel Partners in successfully selling Jabra Devices jointly with Alliance Partner’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define & Drive Go-To-Market Playbooks – Engage with our Key Strategic Alliance Partners Sales & Marketing stakeholders to understand their Go-To-Market strategy and plans and define our strategy based on our value proposition and business strengths. 

  • Go-To-Market Sales Leadership Alignment – Align with our Global and Regional Sales strategy, to identify how the Go-To-Market Alliance Partner Playbook can fully plug-in and catalyze our Sales objectives and plans. 

  • Channel Programs – Define Channel Programs and Initiatives that help us being successful with the Channel Ecosystem of our Key Alliance Partners, bringing the expertise of the Alliance Partners programs, with our value proposition and our Sales & Marketing strategy, across Tier-1 and Tier-2 partners globally. 

  • New Partner Activation & Revenue Growth – Identify new partnership opportunities that enhance Jabra’s market position and drive revenue, through the Programs defined. 

  • Marketing & Partner Enablement – Work with Marketing to define ad-hoc Value Proposition for our key stakeholders and enable them in creating most powerful toolkits to support the overall Go-To-Market motion. 

  • Sales enablement & training – Work with Marketing and Commercial Excellence to create ad-hoc training resources to enable our sales & marketing organization in the field 

  • Build strong cross functional relationships that drive a seamless market execution plan. 

  • Develop key executive and field relationships between key Jabra stakeholders and Sales & Marketing Alliance counterparts. 
     

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

  • 5-10 years in Business Development, Enterprise Channel Sales 

  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing global partnerships. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, channel and marketing. 

  • Proven track record of defining and driving strategic co-selling and co-marketing initiatives at a Global Scale with Alliance and/or Channel Partners 

  • Microsoft CRM tools proficiency 

  • Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial attitude. 

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on execution and results. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
     

Pay Transparency Notice

  • The target annual salary for this position can range from $130,000 - $185,000, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end.

  • Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience

  • To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays
