As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead the sale of Advisor360°’s full platform to the largest and most complex wealth management organizations in the industry. You’ll operate as a senior, trusted advisor to executive leadership, owning a small portfolio of strategic accounts and driving multi-year, enterprise-wide partnerships that materially impact Advisor360°’s growth.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility IC role designed for a seasoned enterprise seller who thrives in ambiguity, influences at the highest levels, and consistently closes transformational platform deals. You will shape go-to-market strategy, inform product direction, and help define how Advisor360° partners with the most sophisticated firms in wealth management.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Own and lead complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles from executive discovery through negotiation and close, including pricing strategy, legal coordination, and executive alignment
- Build, deepen, and expand trusted relationships with C-suite, executive sponsors, and senior home office leaders at top-tier RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and large wealth management enterprises
- Serve as the strategic quarterback for each account—aligning Advisor360°’s platform capabilities to firm-wide business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth initiatives
- Drive platform-oriented deals that span multiple products, stakeholders, and buying centers, with contract values in the high six-figure to seven-figure range
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to deliver tailored enterprise narratives, demos, and business cases
- Influence enterprise pricing, packaging, and deal structures, balancing near-term revenue with long-term partnership value
- Anticipate and navigate complex procurement, compliance, and risk management processes common in highly regulated financial services organizations
- Consistently deliver against large, strategic revenue targets, while building durable pipeline within a defined set of named or strategic accounts
- Act as a senior field voice, contributing to sales strategy, account planning, and go-to-market evolution across the broader sales organization
What You Bring to the Table:
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant time spent selling complex SaaS platforms to enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven success closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (six-figure to seven-figure ACV) with long sales cycles
- Direct experience selling into the wealth management ecosystem, including RIAs, independent broker-dealers, or large financial institutions
- Deep understanding of advisor workflows, home office operations, compliance, data, and regulatory considerations within wealth management firms
- Demonstrated ability to operate credibly with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing outcomes without formal authority
- Experience helping shape sales strategy, account planning frameworks, or enterprise playbooks
- Background in high-growth or scale-stage SaaS environments strongly preferred

The estimated base salary range for this position is $168-200,000 + commission & equity.
