Point C is seeking a Stop Loss Renewal Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Renewal Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in preparing proposals and associated collateral to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the account management team to gather necessary information for proposal development.
  • Prepare and customize proposals and other collateral to support the account management team's efforts in acquiring and retaining clients.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals by thoroughly reviewing all materials and data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for proposal creation.
  • Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and requests for proposal revisions or updates.
  • Assist in maintaining a repository of renewal materials, especially those associated with proposal generation.
  • Follow defined processes and workflows to streamline proposal development and ensure efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales support, proposal development, or similar roles within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience with and understanding of Stop Loss insurance marketing is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
