ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI. Millions of people use our technology to read articles, voice over videos, and restore voices lost to disability. Leading developers and enterprises worldwide use ElevenLabs to build intelligent agents for support, sales, and education.
We launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing the company at $3.3 billion. By September 2025, that valuation doubled to $6.6 billion as we surpassed $200 million ARR in under three years.
Our mission is to build the most important audio AI platform in the world, solve AI audio intelligence, and make information accessible in any voice, language, or sound.
Our core offerings are our Creative Platform and the Agents Platform, powered by proprietary Text to Speech, Speech to Text, and conversational AI models.

This is a perfect opportunity for an ex-founder, VC or driven operator looking to own a high impact area of one of the fastest growing companies in the world.
We are looking for someone to lead startup partnerships in San Francisco and run our startups program globally. Our startups program already accounts for a significant percentage of enterprise revenue but we don’t have anyone focused on it. If you’re successful, every promising startup that’s looking to build AI Agents would join our startups program and build with ElevenLabs. This role is a hybrid of IC and manager. As an IC you’d secure partnerships with key players in the San Francisco ecosystem including accelerators, VCs, and companies selling to startups. You’d get all the startups building with ElevenLabs and then build deep community engagement online and in-person. As a manager, you’d build the systems to handle 1000s of startups going through the program, recruit partnerships leads across the world, and work out how to activate the startups to ElevenLabs and convert them appropriately to enterprise contracts.
RequirementsExcellent at relationship building with a strong bay area network of VCs and startups
Technical enough to understand our APIs and Conversational AI platform
Strong operator with an ability to build and run systems
Bonus
Experience managing a high performing team
Have built something with ElevenLabs
