What you will do
- You will develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics, reporting to the VP, Product Management, Platform Services & Monitor.
- You will work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals.
- You will participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process.
- You will improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows.
- You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture.
What you will bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub).
- Experience with the docs-as-code workflow.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to use AI/ML tools
- Familiarity with CSS and Python scripting would be a plus

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between 115,200 USD to 144,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
