Staff Systems Engineer (Navigation/IMUs/SLAM)

• MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience with GNSS/GPS, INS/IMU, Vision, LiDAR, and other navigation sensors
• Experience writing in C++
• Experience developing PNT/NAV architectures for autonomous vehicles
• Experience with state estimation, covariance analysis, and EKF (Kalman) for vehicles
• Experience integrating vision-based navigation technologies
• Experience working with customers to characterize unknowns and risks in the implementation of new navigation systems

• Experience with sensor characterization and calibration for IMUs, magnetometers, and cameras
• Experience evaluating and integrating alternative PNT (altPNT/aPNT) technologies
• Experience with GNSS CRPA development/integration
• Experience with RF test equipment and relevant RF vulnerabilities of navigation systems
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
