We’re seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to design and deliver critical enterprise solutions for our internal business platforms—including ERP, CRM, identity, and data systems—and lead AI enablement across the business. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our technical vision, designing robust enterprise solutions, and driving the successful implementation and maturity of cutting-edge cloud and AI initiatives. As an experienced solutions architect, you will use AI to pioneer the future practice of solution architecture. Reporting to Enterprise Architecture within IT, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and solution stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions while mentoring engineering teams and accelerating quality delivery and exceptional solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect hybrid/multi-cloud solutions for integrations and scalability.
  • Define infrastructure as code principles and help automate CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts and pilots for integrations and solutions.
  • Deliver high-value, automated solutions using sound principles and best practices.
  • Document and standardize scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Develop architecture blueprints using AI and best practices.
  • Develop enterprise services using best practices for broad integration use
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy with InfoSec and Legal.
  • Mentor engineering teams and participate in architecture reviews.
  • Facilitate clear communication with workshops and documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal enterprise clients.
Requirements
  • Solutions Architecture: 10+ years designing, solutioning, and implementing enterprise integrations.
  • Cloud Platform Mastery: Advanced expertise in AWS service experience transitioning services and compute between Google and Azure.
  • Editing: Document and maintain featured driven design and behavior driven artifacts through consistent and progressive GitOps practices.
  • AI/ML Production Lifecycle: Assist in defining and maturing data architecture for AI/ML and data science workflows.
  • Security, Governance & Compliance: Deep understanding of enterprise security frameworks (IAM, network security, data encryption) and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Strong skills in automation, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, GitHub Actions, GitOps).
  • AI Assisted Development: Senior level developer who can develop enterprise services using best practices
  • Collaborative Delivery & Quality: Proven ability to communicate complex solutions and collaborate across teams.
  • Open Source Advocacy: Open-source contributor and advocate.
  • Contribute to Enterprise Architecture: Experience contributing to enterprise architecture strategy and automation.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in wearables, healthcare, fitness, and/or life sciences.
  • Proficiency with AI and architecture modeling tools (Miro, Draw.io, AWS Diagram Builder, LeanIX).
  • Familiarity with automating cloud services, protocols, and design patterns.
  • Understanding of how to transition findings from security, governance, and compliance issues into a risk assessment
  • Consulting or pre-sales technical support background.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $182,000- $228,000
  • Region 2 $169,00 -  $211,000
  • Region 3 $159,000- $199,000
