Position Summary

As an IBM ODM Developer, you will be responsible for formulating and defining specifications for complex operating software programming applications implementing advanced solutions with the latest version IBM ODM, Deploy and configure server and database for Decision Center and Rule Execution Server. Manage user access to Decision Center and Rule Execution Server. Ensure that the business object model and rules are defined consistently for all phases of the project. Ensure that rules can be shared across platforms. · Configure trace data sources for testing purposes. · Deploy applications. · Redeploy rulesets and event assets as changes are made. · Generate detailed execution reports. · Track and monitor rule execution. Experience of test driven development with JUnit.  Experience in a continuous integration environment.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills of IBM ODM: 6 – 10 years

  • Using Rule Designer
  • Decision Center
  • Rule Execution Server
  • Ability to identify and educate the team on ODM best practices
  • Knowledge on IBM CP4A

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable Service Oriented Architecture and Design experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening skills
  • Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Ability to hands on development according to published standards and design guidelines.
  • Acceptable to work in offshore onsite model
  • Ability to work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization
  • Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Experience in Insurance domain is an advantage.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8 – 10 years’ IT experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
