The healthcare industry overspends on its supply chain by over $25B each year — the result of fragmented data, inefficient workflows, and wasted supplies. Clarium is fixing that. Our AI-powered platform, Astra OS, gives hospitals end-to-end visibility into their supply chain operations, automating workflows and surfacing actionable insights so supply chain teams can focus on what matters most: patient care. We're trusted by some of the world's leading health systems, including Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente.
Founded in 2020, Clarium has raised $43M in total funding. Our Series A was led by Northzone, with participation from General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Texas Medical Center Ventures, and 1984 Ventures.
The OpportunityClarium is building out its product organization, and this is one of the most important hires we'll make. We've built a strong foundation, a real platform, real customers, and real traction but we haven't yet built the product infrastructure to match our ambition. That's where you come in.
As a Staff / Senior PM, you'll own a significant product domain within Astra OS, working alongside engineering, design, data, and our customer-facing teams to drive clarity and execution in an environment that still has a lot of green pasture. This is not a role where requirements get thrown over the wall, you'll be embedded with your engineering counterparts from discovery through delivery, treating your tech lead as a true thought partner.
You should expect to be in the weeds. We're building the foundation of a product-led organization, and the people who join now will have the opportunity to shape how that's done.
In This Role You Will:Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration
Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process, involving them early and often in customer conversations and solutioning
Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction
Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes
Contribute to building out Clarium's product practice; processes, norms, and ways of working that don't yet fully exist
Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on delivering business and customer value, not just shipping features
Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
Track record of strong execution in complex environments: removing roadblocks, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and keeping teams moving
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, you should see your tech lead as a thought partner, not a delivery resource
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet
Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
Familiarity with what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations — this is not an easy audience
Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems
Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling
