About the role

The Staff Product Manager at Cyberhaven is a pivotal role focused on leading the strategy and execution of the company's platform. This position is designed for an experienced product manager with a background in cybersecurity, who will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver innovative product features that meet customer needs. The role involves defining product vision, conducting market research, and collaborating with external partners to enhance product integrations, all while ensuring robust protection against insider threats.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of important capabilities of modules of the Cyberhaven platform

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product features that meet customer needs

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and define product vision and strategy

  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and enhance product integrations

  • Act as a subject matter expert on cloud data protection, providing guidance to internal teams and customers

  • Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution

  • Coordinating cross-functionally with with leadership, and other key stakeholders across the company

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on cybersecurity

  • Strong understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that address customer needs

  • Prior experience in Platform Product Management is preferred, though not essential.
