What you're applying for

We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to help scale our user base through organic channels like search, viral loops, and referrals. You'll join one of our Growth teams and shape how people find Lemonade and bring others along. Your work will help take revenue from millions to billions across new geographies.

We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.

Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.

In this role you'll
  • Set the vision and roadmap for our organic growth engines, balancing business goals with user value

  • Uncover opportunities across the funnel using customer behavior, user research, and experimentation

  • Launch organic, referral, and lifecycle initiatives that bring in new users and keep them around

  • Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and solid instrumentation, then turn the results into the next experiment

  • Define and track the metrics that show whether we're winning, and keep optimizing for impact

  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing from first discovery to delivery and measurement

  • Challenge assumptions and push for bold ideas, grounded in data and customer insight

What you'll need
  • 5+ years as a product manager in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

  • Deep expertise in growth methods, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and engagement strategies

  • A data-first mindset, with the analytical chops to turn insights into decisions

  • End-to-end product execution skills, from strategy and ideation to implementation and optimization

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level

  • A hands-on, proactive approach, plus real curiosity about AI and a commitment to learning as it evolves

  • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
