SingleStore is building the real-time data platform powering next-generation AI and enterprise applications. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead key areas of our cloud services platform, helping enterprises deploy, operate, and scale mission-critical AI and data workloads globally.

In this role, you will shape the roadmap for core cloud platform capabilities spanning infrastructure, reliability, scalability, security, and developer experience. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to define the future of cloud-native data infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for SingleStore’s cloud data platform
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience across the platform
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-impact cloud platform capabilities for enterprise customers
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into clear product strategy and execution plans
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM, support, operations, and professional services teams to ensure successful product adoption and delivery
  • Engage directly with customers and ecosystem partners to gather feedback, validate priorities, and influence long-term product and platform direction
  • Define success metrics and use data-driven decision-making to evaluate product outcomes and prioritize investments

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including experience with cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS products
  • Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
  • Experience building products for enterprise customers at scale
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and execute complex roadmaps across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with databases, data infrastructure, or real-time analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with SaaS operations, observability, reliability, or platform tooling
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical field
