What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Depth of experience designing complex products, ideally within data-driven, enterprise, or workflow-rich environments.
  • Strong mastery of interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture, with the ability to visualize and communicate abstract concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to connect design decisions to measurable business and user outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and operational teams to align around shared goals.
  • A balance of craft excellence and strategic thinking—able to simplify the complex and focus teams on what matters most.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A mindset grounded in StackAdapt’s values: caring and taking action, raising the bar, walking in the customer’s shoes, and winning together.
