Pinterest is seeking a methodical and thoughtful Product Designer who has a passion for crafting intuitive, consistent, and delightful experiences. As a Staff Product Designer within the Measurement and Planning Design Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Pinterest Trends and Media Planning products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and engage in high-visibility projects. Not only are you a problem-solver, but also a swift executor, driven by a passion for tackling complex challenges with user-friendly designs.
What you’ll do:
- Own revenue and user experience impactful projects by both executing the design and influencing others.
- Design products—systematically, interactively, visually—with pixel-level precision.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
- Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and address needs.
- Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution across the team, advocating for excellence and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding craft skills and a passion for data and systems thinking. Ads domain knowledge is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead design vision and strategy for complex products, turning ambiguous problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Push forward and maintain a high design bar and level of execution.
- Challenge the status quo, push innovation, and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
- Has experience leading teams, including the ability to set design direction and processes while effectively guiding other designers through implementation.
- Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
- Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments while consistently delivering impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
