Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Federal Program Manager with experience building and managing Federal compliance programs. This is an exciting green field opportunity to help Tines establish a program to meet the needs of Federal Government customers with FedRAMP requirements.

This is a key role reporting to our Head of IT Operations & Information Security and can be based remotely in the United States (strong preference for Washington D.C. area). Applicants must be a U.S. Person defined as a U.S. Citizen or active Green Card holder.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and maintain the Tines Federal compliance program supporting our Federal and Department of Defense customers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive efforts in support of FedRAMP and other Federal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders - such as Product, Engineering, IT & Security, Legal & Marketing - on Federal compliance requirements.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external parties regarding our Federal program.
  • Provide support, advice, and tracking for evidence gathering and preparation for assessments, authorizations, and continuous monitoring.
  • Translate technical and control requirements for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress.

What you bring with you:

  • 12+ years of professional experience including 5+ years of FedRAMP related experience, including building a FedRAMP compliance program from scratch.
  • Experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • PMP or other project management certifications (bonus).
  • Security related certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA (bonus).

Target Annual Compensation: $175k - 190k salary + equity
