- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the AI domain expert, guiding technical discussions, mentoring Data Scientists, and coordinating closely with engineering, product management, and operational teams.
- Prioritization and Planning: Independently evaluate potential AI projects, prioritize based on clear ROI and business impact, and scope and manage implementation plans effectively.
- Supporting Program Strategy: Partner with leadership and support the development of a clear strategy for leveraging AI/LLMs across Omnidian that is aligned with our long-term growth and efficiency objectives.
- Metrics & Evaluation: Help to define, track, and communicate clear success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment with broader business goals.

- Recent hands-on experience in fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) within a business context.
- Solid foundation in Data Science and deep learning techniques, with direct experience in developing and operationalizing AI/LLM solutions.
- Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python, and proven capability in building robust, production-level data pipelines and AI integrations.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with ML Ops Engineers and Data Engineering teams, preferably with experience using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes).
