Yondr is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will bring both technical accounting skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do:

Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, document transactions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing processes, including processing payments to vendors and reconciling vendor bills.

General Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Month-End and Quarter-End Closings: Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing processes, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and summaries for management, providing essential insights into organizational performance.

Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure that records comply with internal standards and government regulations. Assist with preparing supporting documentation for audits.

Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports in alignment with company policies, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements.
What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA candidate a plus.

2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Candidates with experience at a Big 4 accounting firm are encouraged to apply, as this background will be given additional consideration.
