That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support accounting functions that help our operations run smoothly and accurately, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, employee expense management, and month close tasks. This is a part-time position with an initial expectation of 10-20 hours/week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage bank reconciliations and Cash Accounting
  • Collect and review invoices, managing accounts payable for 150 vendors, code and route appropriately in Bill.com
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee expenses, fielding questions and managing monthly reimbursements via Expensify
  • Credit card accrual and reconciliation
  • Maintain lease schedules and manage payment and reconciliation
  • Reconcile expected debt payments and book debt cash entries monthly
  • Review P&L and book accrued expenses not yet billed
  • Prepare and pay taxes and insurance as needed
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2-4 years general accounting experience including accounts payable, expenses, and bookkeeping
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, and month close
  • Expertise with financial operations platforms (we use Bill.com)
  • Experience with expense management software (we use Expensify)
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter who can succeed with minimal direction
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Expected Hourly Rate: $30 - $35/hr
