Position Summary
The Senior Website & Digital Experience Manager plays a dual role as both a hands-on technical expert and a strategic marketing leader. This position is responsible for coding, building, deploying, and maintaining Ever.Ag’s core website and digital ecosystem, with deep expertise in HTML/CSS, WordPress, UX best practices, and technical SEO. In addition to day-to-day website development and operations, the manager drives digital marketing initiatives that increase traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion across the digital experience. This role requires strong collaboration with Segment Marketing Leaders, data-driven decision-making based on analytics, and seamless integration of new web properties post-acquisition. The ideal candidate combines tactical website execution skills with strategic marketing insight to deliver a high-performing, user-centered digital presence aligned with business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Tactical Execution
- Execute all coding, building, deploying, and maintaining of web assets, applying deep proficiency in HTML/CSS and modern UX best practices.
Website Strategy
- Define and manage the website roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Integrate new company websites and digital assets post-acquisition.
- Oversee daily operations of website platforms, including updates and maintenance.
- Manage web-related projects from scoping to delivery.
- Ensure technical SEO, mobile responsiveness, page speed, and performance standards.
- Develop a demand-generation engine across SEO, paid, and organic strategies.
- Maintain a conversion-optimized content ecosystem.
- Drive multi-channel content distribution and leverage video content for engagement.
User Experience & Creative Support
- Lead UX strategy for intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
- Provide creative direction for graphic and visual elements.
- Improve navigation, content layout, calls-to-action, and conversion funnels.
- Ensure fast, reliable, and secure digital experiences.
Analytics, Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
- Provide real-time dashboards and actionable insights.
- Analyze engagement trends and feedback to improve site performance.
- Champion data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with demand generation, content, social, and design teams.
- Support integration with marketing automation tools and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with development resources and vendors for infrastructure and security enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
- 6+ years in digital marketing, web product management, or digital experience roles
- Strong experience managing websites built on WordPress, DIVI, and hosted via AWS
- Deep proficiency in HTML/CSS and modern UX best practices
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and related tools
- Salesforce and HubSpot integrations
- Proven ability to support content and campaign-driven demand generation through website strategy
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital asset integration after acquisitions
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
