The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sr. Technical Functional Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business analysis and technology. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering and solution design, translating business needs into technical artifacts. You will champion the use of AI tools and methodologies to modernize how requirements are captured, validated and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Domain and Requirements Analysis
  • Serve as primary analyst.
  • Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document and validate requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with business policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.

Stakeholder Leadership and Delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Manage scope, prioritize work and support successful delivery execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to small development team.

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a technical or functional analyst in technology-driven environment.
  • Experience leading small development team.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI Tools (GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude or similar) to support requirements, documentation and analysis tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAFe or Scrum experience.
  • Experience with Mainframe technology.
  • Experience with group disability and tax reporting.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
