- Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms.
- Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs.
- Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behavior.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, solution oriented role, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin preferred.
- Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues ; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems. Not only from a tech lens but also from a revenue perspective.

- The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $214,666 for tier 1 states such as California & New York.
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
