JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Tax Analyst is a key member of the Tax Department and will work closely with various Tax team members and other functions of the organization. The Sr. Tax Analyst will report to the Director, Income Tax, he/she will be responsible for year end global tax provisions, preparing income tax returns, and public-company financial statement tax disclosures.

The Senior Associate, Income Tax core responsibilities include: 

  • Preparation of quarterly and year-end global tax provision, including calculation of key inputs, preparation of ONESOURCE reports and schedules, tracking of discrete items, and return to provision true-ups.
  • Preparation of US, state, and local income tax return workpapers, allocation and apportionment, and NOL reconciliation.
  • Preparation of data requests for non-US Income Tax Provisions and outsourced tax compliance.
  • Preparation of public-company financial statement tax disclosures. 
  • Support quarterly and year-end Internal Audit and Financial Statement auditor requests and SOX documentation.
  • Support Tax Authority audits, including preparation of responses to document requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance, required.
  • Active CPA required. 
  • Minimum 4 years Income Tax experience within a public company and/or Big 4 public accounting firm.
  • Significant knowledge of ASC 740 US GAAP reporting. 
  • Experience working with OneSource Tax Provision software.
  • Exposure to international tax issues (GILTI, Subpart F, and FTC) and compliance, preferred. 
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with positive attitude and energy, close attention to detail.

Target pay:

$90,000-95,0000 + 15% bonus potential
