The Sr. Talent Intelligence Analyst will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on competitive intelligence and external talent market trends. This role combines strategic research, data analysis, and consultative partnership to influence talent strategies and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal expert on competitor intelligence, monitoring industry trends and talent movement.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging labor market dynamics across geographies and demographics.
  • Design and execute custom research projects, delivering actionable, data-driven findings.
  • Conduct labor market analysis to identify trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Talent leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to advise on external talent market conditions, competitor hiring strategies, and workforce challenges.
  • Provide insights that inform strategic talent decisions and organizational planning.
  • Design and manage tools, dashboards, and frameworks to scale delivery of talent and competitor insights across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensure/Certification: None required
  • Education (or equivalent experience): Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, HR Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
  • Experience: Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources that includes experiences in project management, consultation, recruiting or people analytics.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience querying datasets using SQL.
  • Ability to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with talent-related data.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.  

Exposed to a normal office environment.
