About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across General & Administrative (G&A) and Software / SaaS categories. In this role you will own end-to-end sourcing strategy, run competitive sourcing events, and partner with stakeholders to drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and improve procurement processes. This is a high-visibility position with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You Will Do- Lead strategic sourcing and category management for G&A spend (such as professional services, HR, finance, legal, marketing, and facilities) and Software / SaaS spend.
- Run full-cycle sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and reverse auctions, from requirements gathering through award and contract execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to deliver measurable cost savings and value.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, IT, and business units.
- Develop category strategies grounded in spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier landscape assessments.
- Manage supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support ongoing vendor relationship management.
- Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability across the procurement function.
- Seven or more years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, with demonstrated ownership of G&A and Software / SaaS categories.
- Proven track record negotiating complex software and SaaS agreements, including licensing, renewals, and enterprise contracts.
- Strong experience running competitive sourcing events (RFx) end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and supplier evaluation.
- Experience sourcing for a high-growth technology, marketplace, or platform company.
- Familiarity with procurement and sourcing tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar.
- Experience with contract management and working closely with legal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.

- Duration: 9-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business need
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Pay Rate Range: $95 to $110 per hour, depending on experience.
