About the Team/Role
The Senior Staff UI Developer will serve as a key technical leader responsible for the architecture, development, and consistency of the user interface for the mission-critical Digital Credit Application (DCA).This role is paramount to the entire Credit Application customer journey, focusing on enhancing the application steps required before a credit decision (adjudication) is made. The developer will ensure the application is seamless, mobile-first, and highly performant across all devices, directly addressing customer pain points that cause application abandonment.
