What impact you’ll make:
As a member of the Power Sourcing DT team, you will be an active contributor to the transformation and simplification initiatives across Sourcing, with end-to-end ownership of specific Sourcing applications acting as a liaison between Business stakeholders and technical teams to translate the requirements and delivering on programs, requirements while ensuring strong governance is adhered to. What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Build & execute AI roadmap for Sourcing/AP use cases collaborating closely with AI program team, AI Foundry, GP AI team and functional counterparts.
- Own & execute on strategic roadmap for AP applications.
- End to end product ownership for your application delivering on Programs/Requirements and Governance from an Operations perspective.
- Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
- Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand the business needs and outcomes expected.
- Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
- Own the product backlog; with strong oversight on business benefits aligned with prioritization and quality execution.
- Communicate and demonstrate product capabilities aligning to business needs, as part of platform upgrade and modernizations
- Lead the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation for your applications.
- Understand, refine and follow the prescribed governance process and development methodology.
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.
- Demonstrate substantial experience with the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
- Participate in Kaizens/workshops to provide technology insights.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven technical expertise in the design and architecture of relevant technologies and basic training and understanding of AI/GenAI concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast and get hands on in AI as needed.
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs to functional requirements aligning to product strategy and project management.
- Experience leading teams in a formal software development lifecycle environment following project management methodology and governance process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective in using data and analytics to improve processes and make decisions.
- Familiarity with waterfall and iterative software implementation approaches (ex. Agile, Lean)
- Expert proficiency in tools supporting SDLC such as Rally, ADO, MS Project, SmartSheet, etc
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,200.00 and $198,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
