  • Rally cross-functional stakeholders (Inbound PM, Product Marketing, Pricing, Solution Consulting, Product Success) to ensure unified execution across launch, adoption, and enablement.
  • Bring back voice-of-customer insights from the field and other interactions to influence roadmap, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, trends, and market dynamics-adjust GTM strategies to maximize uptake and expansion.
  • Enable field teams with suite playbooks, positionings, and sales tools.
  • Represent ServiceNow externally at executive briefings, events, and with pundits as a trusted ESM thought partner
  • Act as a thought partner in ESM, bringing cross-market insights to influence roadmap and strategy.

In this role, you'll represent the suite directly to CIOs, influence customer buying decisions, and shape how the world's largest organizations adopt ServiceNow at scale.
This is a rare opportunity to blend executive field engagement with suite-level product leadership, working at the heart of ServiceNow's strategy in one of the most visible and impactful outbound PM roles in the company.
