The opportunity

As a Sr Staff Designer, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead and craft multiple large initiatives that have a significant impact on our workflows. What you'll do
  • Take Initiative: Demonstrate ownership and work independently, with minimal need for supervision. Lead design projects proactively.

  • Craft the Design Direction: Influence the overall design strategy, ensuring consistency across multiple projects and product teams.

  • Strategic Alignment: Align design work closely with business goals, product roadmaps, and foster cross-department collaboration to ensure cohesive solutions.

  • Lead Complex Projects: Manage long-term, intricate design projects that require cross-team collaboration and a broad approach to problem-solving.

  • Lift the Design Level: Always raise the design quality, encouraging others to uphold high standards and paying close attention to detail in all aspects of design.

  • Leverage AI in Design: Integrate AI capabilities where relevant to enhance design processes, improve user experiences, and build innovative solutions that align with product goals.

About Adobe Design

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 -- $292,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
