As a Sr. Sourcing Staff Manager, you will lead the Global Sourcing Operations Team, ensuring efficiency and compliance across procurement activities. You will manage key metrics such as Turn Around Time for Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Onboarding, Invoices on Hold, and E-Invoicing adoption.
As a Sr. Sourcing Staff Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead the Global Sourcing Operations Team, focusing on metrics like PO Turn Around Time, Supplier Onboarding, Invoice resolution, and E-Invoicing.
Contribute to strategic decisions and support business with cross-functional insights.
Communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership and coach team members.
Deliver specialized professional work through single or multi-layered teams.
Handle complex, unique cases requiring innovative approaches and knowledge management.
Role model cultural transformation by empowering teams and leading by influence.
Sourcing Operations team is responsible for:
Place and follow-up on POs, manage supplier relationships, and update ERP systems.
Act as escalation point for invoice resolution.
Promote and advocate for E-Invoicing system usage.
Provide operational support, training, and guidance to business stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
Possess team leadership or managerial experience.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Show strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
Exhibit problem-solving and project management skills.
Be proficient in data management tools such as Excel or Access.
Have proven ability to lead, develop, and grow teams.
