As a Sr. Solutions Architect - DXP, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their DXP implementation journey, providing expert consulting on software enablement, installation, and architecture best practices. You will collaborate with clients to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that maximize the value of Contentstack’s CMS and Lytics CDP. Customer Consulting & Guidance- Collaborate with clients to understand their data architecture, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on Contentstack Real-time CDP enablement, configuration, and optimization.
- Lead discovery sessions to design tailored architecture solutions that align with customer goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering best practices for data unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and deployment of Real-time CDP.
- Design scalable, high-performance architectures tailored to customer ecosystems.
- Provide architecture guidance on integration with third-party systems (CRM, marketing automation platforms, data lakes, paid media, email marketing platforms, etc.).
- Analyze and consult on optimizing data ingestion pipelines and API integrations.
- Provide hands-on enablement consulting and product training to customer teams.
- Define data modeling strategies to enable effective segmentation and personalization.
- Guide customers on data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
- Recommend architectural enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on customer goals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Share insights and feedback with Product and Engineering to influence platform improvements.
- Contribute to best practice frameworks and reusable solution assets.
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, or similar technical consulting roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CDP platforms, preferably Lytics.
- Hands-on expertise with API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with identity resolution techniques and customer data strategies.
- Strong proficiency in CDP platforms, with a focus on Lytics or similar (Segment, Tealium, Adobe CDP, etc.).
- Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to drive issues to resolution on behalf of customers and partners.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
- Experience with data integration, data architecture, data modeling/pipeline, ETL processes, webhooks, and event streaming.
- Certification in Lytics or equivalent CDP platforms is a plus.
- Broad knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and the CMS SaaS market landscape is a plus.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) and/or Six Sigma Certification is a nice to have.
- Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in Technical Account/Customer Service roles is preferred.
- A willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Salary for this role ranges from $145,000 - $175,000 plus variables based on skillset and years of experience
