Lead the Solution Design team in delivering healthcare solutions and expertise to stakeholders, enhancing client relationships and ensuring care coordination.
Job Summary:
In partnership with internal teams including Sales, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Success, you will engage healthcare organizations on how the PointClickCare network and products can provide differential value in coordinating care for their members/patients, improving population health outcomes such as readmissions or utilization trends, and reducing unnecessary healthcare costs. This is in support of our mission to help every provider deliver exceptional care.
This role will lead and support the Acute and Payer (A&P) Solution Design team in providing knowledge of our solutions and industry subject matter expertise to stakeholders externally and internally. This role is reporting to the Sr. Director Solution Design. Travel is approximately 35-40%.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Solution Design team in providing product and healthcare subject matter expertise for acute care providers (hospitals, primary care and behavioral health providers), risk bearing entities (RBEs (Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Health Plans)), and post-acute subject matter expertise across the company to help drive client value realization and sales targets.
- Develop and continually strengthen working relationships with other cross-functional team members and leaders with significant emphasis on the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospective customer needs and effectively pitch them our products, emphasizing relevant value props and use cases. Support the transition of customer contract and onboarding to professional services succinctly and efficiently.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to understand and deliver internal and external messaging to key stakeholders to support increased engagement and adoption of our network and solutions. This happens virtually, via client onsite visits, and at events (conferences, webinars, etc.)
- Represent the voice of the customer through the client journey to help innovate around use cases, engagement, and synergies between acute, post-acute, ambulatory and payer landscapes.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Clinical (RN, NP, LCSW, PT) background and/or 5+ years of direct healthcare experience within an ACO, Provider Organization, or Health Plan
- Deep operational understanding of cross continuum care collaboration workflows and alternative payment models inc. value-based care
- Familiarity with healthcare technology including electronic health record, care management, and population health systems/tools
- Executive presence and strong presentation skills
- Easy access to an airport and ability to travel across the US and Canada
- Strong relationship building and maintenance internally and externally

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
