What You'll Do
- Lead discovery workshops and technical demos that connect FSO and CRM solutions to real financial services challenges across the full customer journey.
- Partner with sales to build pipeline, shape account strategy, and drive deals forward with domain credibility and technical depth.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts - roadmap alignment, customer journey sessions, and outcome-based value conversations with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into compelling demo stories for compliance leaders, operations teams, CX executives, and CTOs.
- Stay current on product releases, AI capabilities, and the competitive landscape - and share what you learn to make the whole team better.

- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience with CRM, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Application platforms.
- Financial services background strongly preferred - banking, insurance, wealth management, or payments.
- ServiceNow platform experience or equivalent cloud SaaS technical depth; hands-on demo capability required.
- Proven collaboration across Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Professional Services.
- Territory management skills - pipeline building, account prioritization, and execution with a sales counterpart.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows or customer-facing processes.
- Preferred location: Chicago
