You’ll own key technical decisions and collaborate closely with product, design, and platform teams to build scalable features and ensure high performance across our iOS and Android apps. You Will:

  • Break down complex problems into actionable implementation plans and guide architectural decisions aligned with long-term strategy.

  • Define and implement robust observability (e.g., monitoring, logging, alerting) alongside key KPIs and SLOs to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Act as a technical owner for key systems, driving execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring long-term reliability and impact.

  • Own code quality through thoughtful reviews, maintainable architecture, and proactive technical debt reduction.

  • Ensure robust test coverage and implement testing strategies across critical user flows.

  • Balance feature delivery with ongoing system maintenance, scalability, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery to define MVPs, validate feasibility, and drive customer-centric solutions.

  • Coordinate with backend, data, and platform teams for seamless integrations and aligned execution.

  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design, testing, CI/CD, and team rituals.

  • Drive continuous improvement in squad workflows, tooling, and development practices.

You Have:
  • 5–8+ years of experience delivering production-grade software solutions in Mobile or Frontend roles.

  • Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, including React, React Native, Next.js, and GraphQL.

  • Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile technologies and web performance optimization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity through iterative experimentation.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and driving high-impact solutions from concept through execution.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You reliably deliver well-scoped features with minimal oversight, proactively addressing ambiguity through research and experimentation.

  • You take ownership of key systems in your squad, championing reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

  • You help drive a culture of code quality, accountability, and collaboration by mentoring peers and sharing technical insights.

  • You identify technical risks early and help improve the sustainability and scalability of team practices and architecture.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
