Primary Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or CPQ.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Product Owner, or related) are a plus.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strong with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Leverage team inputs to create user stories, which are prioritized to inform the engineering team’s work and provide voice of the user/customer
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and solution architects to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Work in an Agile environment, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations support business processes effectively.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user training.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
