What's the role?

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Operations Manager to expand our technical customer support portfolio and collaborate with our Sales team across different regions. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring our team is equipped to deliver exceptional support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and new opportunities for the Technical Customer Support (TCS) team.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to generate pipeline opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Innovate and build new TCS portfolio items based on global needs identified by the Sales team and customers.
  • Enable Sales teams to promote and sell the full breadth of TCS support and packages to new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales support materials, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in client meetings.
  • Understand pricing structures and enable Sales to negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Address customer queries and concerns efficiently during the presales stage, ensuring excellent communication and customer experience.

Who are you?

You are a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a passion for driving success and have most of the following:

  • Over 10 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or technical support.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives within large customers and partners.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields.

The expected base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $220,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan with a target of 20% of base salary. Final payouts depend on individual and company performance
