Job Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Account Executive Team and net new prospects. Your role will be to contact new Rightworks hosting prospects to schedule deeper discovery meetings with the Account Executive Team, while also managing the inbound lead queue. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reaching out to C-Suite-level prospects to schedule follow-up meetings with a Sales Team. 
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, from first contact until setting an appointment with their Account Executive. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location. 
Responsibilities
 
  • Contact clients through cold calls and emails to schedule discovery meetings with their Account Executive
  • Manage an inbound lead queue – qualifying leads for further action, presenting Rightworks in a professional manner
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements
 
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience in a sales capacity
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving quotas/metrics
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience with cadence software (e.g. Groove/SalesLoft)

Eligibility Requirements
 
  • This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
  • Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
  • Relocation will not be offered for this position.
Compensation for this role is $105,000 OTE annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills and internal equity.
