Primary Purpose
Are you passionate about data? Do you want to create next generation reporting tools for analyzing digital loyalty programs and omnichannel customer behavior? As a Sr. Analyst , Consumer & Decision Sciences, you will manage a portfolio of Business Intelligence Products . Your mission is to improve the user experience and business results by creating world-class data infrastructure and enabling data-driven automated solutions and business insights. You will own the design, development, and management of our analytical tools and reporting.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain enterprise-level Business Intelligence reporting, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.
  • Translate complex data into visual stories and prescriptive analytics using Power BI.
  • Lead efforts with IT support to integrate cutting-edge BI tools and technologies for advanced analytics and data management. Initiate and coordinate large-scale projects to improve digital analytics accuracy and detail.
  • Work in close partnership with various teams, including data engineering, product management, and business teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support senior management in decision-making. Partner with Loyalty team to develop and measure strategic enhancements.
  • Follow Agile principles to increase speed and frequency of delivery by maintaining organized backlog.
  • Establish baseline metrics and analytics. Collaborate with business customers and the leadership team to track and report key performance indicators (KPI) against goals.
  • Publish queries and datasets to be utilized by analyst community for understanding customer loyalty program engagement.
  • Lead report demonstrations in collaborative analytics sessions with business partners.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics.
  • Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions.
  • Train new team members in technical tools and applications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Master's in business administration (MBA), Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience using data to synthesize actionable recommendations which improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL and BI analytics platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen, experience in developing reporting and analytical infrastructures, strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in omnichannel, loyalty, marketing analytics.
  • Experience in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards.
  • Experience with iterative product development (Agile).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience in code scripting, such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Experience transforming and optimizing data using Databricks or other big data tools such as DBT, Snowflake, Jupyter Notebook.
  • Best practice principles of data cleansing, database design, ETL, version control, data visualization.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest BI trends and technologies, ensuring the BI infrastructure remains efficient and effective.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $106,480- $159,720
All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills.
This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
