Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our recruiting function during our high-growth phase. In this role, you’ll do full-cycle hands-on recruiting, manage a small but high-impact team, own key strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure a seamless, values-driven candidate experience.

You’ll be responsible for driving recruitment strategy across the company, partnering closely with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, improve process scalability, and build a talent brand that attracts the best. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of hiring at a mission-driven healthtech startup.

ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and forecast hiring needs across functions (e.g., product, engineering, sales, etc.)
  • Develop and execute a scalable recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planning
  • Design and implement inclusive hiring practices
  • Analyze hiring metrics, pipeline performance, and conversion data to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead employer branding efforts including content, events, and candidate touchpoints
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor our Talent Partner and external sourcers, providing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven, and candidate-obsessed recruiting culture
  • Establish recruiting best practices, interview training, and hiring manager enablement programs
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or executive-level searches
Execution & Process Ownership
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts—from sourcing and screening to offer and close—for key or senior roles
  • Refine and scale processes in Greenhouse ATS; maintain compliance, organization, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with People Ops and Finance on headcount planning, comp benchmarking, and onboarding handoff
  • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values, brand, and culture

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Experience in agency and in-house recruitment; tech start-up preferred 
  • Background in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or digital health preferred
  • Track record of successfully hiring across technical and non-technical roles in high-growth startups
  • Experience designing and executing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or comparable ATS; comfort using recruiting data to inform decision-making
    Proven success in building and coaching high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of inclusive hiring practices and DEI principles
